Sosego d'Oruxo, a place built with love, gently welcomes you to this amazing environment where you will be surrounded by peace, tranquility, nature, the ocean and the warm sun.
Amongst the greenery and with nature’s beauty all around, lose yourself in joyful activities that anchor you to the now and intensify the wonder of this unique place.
Elisa will lead a series of encounters where through creativity we can have fun, share, connect with our inner resources, find a home inside and outside of ourselves. Through art and theater techniques, we will spend time together creating and expressing what we desire in a playful and non-judgemental atmosphere. We will create a small village where we can express ourselves by leaving aside the workings of the mind and celebrate spontaneous expression. And who knows, maybe we can find some hidden superpowers!

About Elisa
Elisa is a certified Drama Therapist. After working in the theatre as an actress, she started to teach drama and she discovered the powerful instrument that art can be to express inner strength and the positive resources inside each person. Drama therapy uses art and drama techniques to guide clients through the exploration of the world outside and inside us.
In an environment of fun, serenity and without judgment. Elisa integrates nature and dramatic techniques facilitating a gentle process of self-discovery.

About the accommodation
Located in a small hamlet about 30 minutes walk from Muxia, a quintessential fishing village, your accommodation is a deceptively large, restored barn conversion with an open lounge / kitchen / dining area.
Choose from twin or double rooms, en suite or shared bathroom. Whichever you choose, the space is peaceful, the beds are comfortable and the towels are soft.

Included in the price:
- Accommodation

- 2 daily taxi rides to and from Muxia on days 2-6 of the retreat
- A return taxi ride to Touriñan to watch the sunset

- Travel to and from the Retreat centre (although we are happy to help you organise this)

- Lunches (although we can organise delivery of lunches if you prefer to stay in the accommodation for lunch)
Payment
50% of the purchase price due upon booking. The remainder due upon arrival at the retreat
on the 21st June.
